I think I got rid of everything now.
I installed the new downloaded free Avast. I just need to have the licence file to work. It doesnt work. Nothing happens when i double click on it and press OPEN. It just disappears again, but my avast is still the free edition.
Is it still in the e-mail ?
If so right click the attachment and select save
Save it to the desktop and double click it from there
Yes, it is still in the email and I just copied it into the desktop and double clicced … nothing happened 
I attach the email line with the date on it, so you can see it is ok.
OK go to the registration part of Avast and click I have a key then browse to avastlic on the desktop

I suppose the last problem I have, I maybe cannot get solved in here? About the Popup?

I finnelly got my pop up problem solved too. There was a check too many in the tab “Advanced” in the settings of my email. SO now I am fully back to normal. Once again I thank you all your great help. 
OH, I see I got an answer where you asked “What pop up”. Sorry i didnt see that. In the beginning I sent in an attachment of the Pop up message. But now it seems to be solved.
