My (paid) IS keeps losing its licence

I paid for IS for 5 computers, had to format my main station, reinstalled IS, loaded the licence and it worked flawlessly for a few days. Now it keeps telling me that my “free trial” is over and that I need to buy the product. When it does that, I try to load the licence file or insert the licence code and it does not accept (supposedly, connection issues) then I click on “solve all issues” and suddenly the product is activated until 2018. A few moments later, it goes back to the previous state (free trial). And I’m in this loop for a few days now. Already tried uninstalling, reinstalling and…still the same.

In my laptop, everything is working flawlessly. I don’t get it.

Anyone can help with this?

Did you use aswclear when removing avast ?
If not give it a try and see if it solves the problem.
