I paid for their service. After doing performance scan it locked my computer. When i called support they immediately asked for more money. When i said no they hang up. This is a scam.

Scroll down to “If you cannot Boot the computer”.
After creating the bootable device, boot from it.
Open a command prompt and run: chkdsk /r
If that doesn’t solve the problem, attach the log files here.
