Couldn’t find it with search…

Installed Firefox 5.0 and now I get this every time I open Firefox… threat blocked “my.trusted-content.com/tbc.html?zoneid=7816” I already added firefox exe to the exclusions, but it still happens…

Anybody has an idea? :-\

Doing a simple search for the quoted text in dutchy’s post brings up the following warning:

I have been getting the same thing on my own computer. Same message with one slight difference, mine says ctb.html=9597. I have scanned my behind off in all sorts of ways and they all show no infection… anyone with an idea?

Oh yes, I have also recently installed Firefox 5.0.

Dutchy, guess what, since that other person mentioned Softonic, I decided to check something out and I removed it from Firefox on my computer. Now when I load up Firefox I no longer get that message. If you have softonic try removing it.

Hi, i have the same problem popping up by avast everytime too, only my mozilla firefox is the 4.0 version and i keep getting my.trusted-content.com/tbc.html?zoneid=7818everytime i open a new window or a firefox pop up appears. i don’t have softtonic. Is there any suggestion i can try?

Seems the latest Avast update fixed the problem as I didn’t see the alert again when opening FF or when a pop up opened while posting a picture on a forum. Hope it keeps…
