But avast considers this site as malicious
Probably due to line in output

So Avast will react on .js file with this single line.
The file 1.js is the jQuery Library :-
How I can access that website without being blocked by Avast?

Access is blocked by Network shield and (when it is disabled) by Web Shield. So you can temporary disable shields, access to this site and enable shields when work with this site will be finished.
For me, it looks like FP.
