need help, avast not recognizing my previous setup

I got a new computer but I don’t think Avast is recognizing my previous subscription. Need help please email me at drewm14@yahoo.com I spent 19.99 hoping to continue on the account I spent it on.

You have to submit a ticket to support https://support.avast.com/

Why do you think avast doesn’t ?

  • Remove avast from the old system
  • Remove the device from your account
  • Remove any pre-installed av on the new system
  • Install avast
  • Use the license file
