Need help with super old subscription

Hi.

I have super old subscription for the account and device I don’t use and have anymore. I have been charged twice this year. I would like to cancel my subscription and hopefully get refund.

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member. I also use Avast Antivirus Free, so I have no personal experience of this issue.

This will require that you know the information to access your Avast Account - id.avast.com - Typically your email address used and your avast account password.
Not sure how you would have been charged twice this year as subscriptions are typically annually, unless you had two different products.
