So it’s been close to a week since I submitted a ticket to have a refund for Grimefighter. I just checked up on it, and it holds the same status, only now I find that I can supposedly change the status and the Priority? This is confusing on a large scale as their options for ticket submission are fairly vague and have already left me feeling rather perturbed. All I want is my 30.00 back!!

Just a little tip for the future, you might wanna think about getting a first party Customer service hotline, instead of some third party bit rate cheater who’s attempting to weasel 170.00 out of my wallet. You might also wanna think about adding a direct refund ticket line into your ticket system. Would greatly reduce the confusion of going through your system at 3 in the bloody morning. >.<
