Needing a refund.

I was changing my payment information and noticed a 29.99 offer for the avast version I’m using (Internet Security) and purchased it and used the license file therein. However, since I was already subscribed, I was charged the normal 39.99 renewal. I’ve been seeking to get a refund for the 39.99 renewal since I activated the previous offer but customer service has been unresponsive and I even issued a complaint ticket because of it. Can someone help me? I can provide the invoices for both.

When did you send the ticket?

I’ve sent 3 actually.

First was a week ago under “Billing Issues/Questions”, second was a refund request on the 6th, and I sent the complaint ticket yesterday.

When you send a new you are put back in the cueue

As has been explained many times,
sending a new ticket/changing a current one will put you back to the bottom of the stack.
