I have a Netapi32.dll virus i did install Rescue disc from unnafected pc and it did well untill i booted it on my laptop and it says Unable to launch main avast! Rescue Disc shell, aswShell.exe!

netapi32.dll is not a virus, but a file.
And yes it can be that it is infected, but more likely with a trojan than a virus.
Just to tell it turns my net off(it is off) and i can’t open any app says that netapi32.dll is missing so ?
I can’t download MalwareBytes because the virus auto makes my network off so even if i somehow fix that it won’t let me open a single program D:
Download MBam and Farbar on a clean system.
Use a cd/dvd/usb stick or something to transfer them to your system.
