Netscape 7.2 and Thunderbird emails

I was wondering where do u check to see if your email is clean. In outlook express you where able to check in properties. But in these two email how can you tell. Thank you for any help

In Thunderbird, double click the message and open it.
Menu View > Font code
Browse for lines:
X-Antivirus: avast! (VPS 0612-0, 20/03/2006), Inbound message
X-Antivirus-Status: Clean

Netscape should be similar: you must see the headers.

Other option is showing an icon on system tray (into Advanced tab of settings - Internet Mail provider).
Or you can add clean notes at the end of each message body (into POP tab of settings - Internet Mail provider).
