what does this mean and what should I do?

It means, LDM is currently in use and we can’t scan those files: by their extentions, no virus should be there.

This is a log from the Virus Cleaner not avast itself, right?
Anyway you don’t have to worry about those files… it’s quite normal that some files are in use and cannot be opened…
