Network Inspector list of visited networks is not allowing me to change a site from Trusted to Unstrusted. How do I change it

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
I also don’t use the Avast One product range. but the Avast Antivirus range (free in my case). So the settings are likely to be different.
In my Avast UI > Settings > Network Inspector - There is a list of visited networks - on the far right there are the three dot … if they are there in the Avast One UI. I wonder if there is an option to remove/change the entry ?

Second. There are no options. Last night it happened again but this time I was able to open windows resource monitor and got more info. Port 49350 was using almost 100% of my internet connection. That is the port set to Trusted but unable to change
Because this is mostly a Community Forum rather than Avast Team only or it would take some time to get a response.
I can’t see what you can see and as I said I don’t use Avast one, and I have never encountered this in my Avast use.

From the research online and my computer logs it appears to be linked to one of my Intel programs.

I’m not on my one, there are many other Avast Users who volunteer their time to help other Avast Users in many different locations around the World in different time zones.
I too started out posting for assistance for a problem I was having and it was Avast Users and Avast Team members who gave it. This was a very long time ago (Avast was an intendant company and not part of a much bigger enterprise as it is now within Gen Digital.
