New Avast! 8 Spam Toolbar is Crashing Outlook 2007 all over the place on my net!

I have a very strange intellectual feeling that the new Toolbar for Spam is crashing my Outlook 2007 application on my clients workstations.
This just started happening with the update.

Need help.
