This new version still not fix the “Windows cannot find…” issue which is occurred when opening Firefox (Windows Installer), Tor, or any browser that is based on Firefox’s Gecko Engine (Untested, but very confident), I am having three core shields on: it is File, Behavior, Web - Turning off all shields and it’s open normally, please help with the issue, Thank You.
Thanks. It’s not about the browser. As I already mentioned, those links can be opened in Tor. To all appearance, Avast blocks some or all ISP’s in Russian Federation from having access to Avast official links.
On updating from 22.2 free to 22.3, I was told that my subscription had lapsed. I followed the cursory procedure to continue with it but was puzzled that it happened at all. Didn’t Avast do away with this nonsense with Avast Free?
Is the Icarus updater now a regular part of the avast update in 22.3 (I haven’t updated yet) ?
The reason I ask is someone is reporting a crash related to icarus.exe - see - https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=319074.0
