When installed beta, I got TONS of separate folders in it from Documents. Why not just protect whole documents, pictures, music etc folders instead of adding separate folders from within it? I had to remove like 15 of them and then add just the root documents folders instead.
So Is Ransomware Shield staying in Free Version when final? right now on Free Beta on Windows 7 Desktop… Admits I need to use that machine more to do accurate test, which I plan to work on that machine in a few minutes here
Oh ok Thank you for replying, seems to be stable so far, except this Windows 7 Desktop so much slower than my 8 Core System lol, but in case of bsods or any other issues I tend to test on the Slower WIndows 7 System lol
wow so many old files on this system to get rid of lol, old games I never play anymore, some other misc files, download folder to clean lol
new beta is working nice .
only 10% of ram used that is too awesome.
great work team.
but still there were little glitches on dashboard.
and also need more performance
Is this problem solved in the latest beta? See image attached.
(Sorry if it has already been solved in a beta version. I don’t like to install beta versions, and it has been quite a looong time since we don’t have a new stable version).
now testing of this beta is complete
working fine
UI is working fine.
Shield were working fine…
NOW FOR BETA TESTER
Need more animations and more detailed when scans
Need A pause Button.
also need more improvements in all shields scanning.
also need more fasting technology in AVAST beta.
Also need more deep smart learning in AVAST to make it more smat.
You aren’t testing the beta as this was been released as a regular program update on 26 June 2017 as stated in Reply #36 just above your two posts.
So any comments should be in that topic in the regular Avast Free Antivirus / Pro Antivirus / Internet Security/ Premier sub-forum and not the avast beta sub-forum.
