New Beta version of Avast Driver Updater product is now available in Beta (21.1.1299)!
What’s new in Avast Driver Updater product?
- New - Need to undo a driver update? Now you can restore older drivers through Windows Restore Points that are created with every update. (To turn this off, just go to Settings > General > Troubleshooting > Create System Restore Points.)
- Improved accessibility — Our interface is now better suited for all users.
- Fixed - A sound driver was corrupting after updates, but we fixed this and it corrupts no longer.
- Fixed - The total number of drivers and the number of scanned drivers weren’t quite the same, so we fixed this and made sure we’re scanning them all.
- Fixed - We made some under-the-hood improvements and fixed some bugs to keep Driver Updater running smoothly.
How can you help?
[ol]- Download the Beta version: https://honzik.avcdn.net/setup/avast-du/beta/avast_driver_updater_online_setup.exe.
- Execute the installation package and go through the wizard to install the product.
- The product shall guide you or you can freely navigate through it and try it on your own to see how it works.
- Please try as much features as you can to see how they work and check whether there are any bugs or unexpected behavior.
- If you find any bugs during testing, please create a new thread in this forum section.
- Please provide us also with feedback about what you like most and what you would change.

Known issues
- We are still working on easy way how to revert the updated drivers in case something goes wrong. This functionality shall be introduced in the next big update.
