Have you fixed the problem where users cannot reactivate licence for Avast Free Antivirus?

Can someone at Avast formally announce public release of V28.8 here on the forum. Or is that considered a bad version and will skip to v28.9?

What does that mean?

Hi, issue with reactivation of Avast Free is still being investigated. Changes in this new beta build are not related to this issue but connected to upgrade/downgrade scenarios, license changes, etc.

Hello, can you look why is Chrome so slow, when is Avast installed? This problem is here sice Avast 25.5 and when is uBlock Origin Lite enabled, Chrome become unusable. This problem is on multiple computers I have with Windows 10 and Windows 11.

When we can expect fix to reactivation? License ended today and no longer protected, cant prolong free license no matter what…always get the add to buy premium with super loyalty discount which i cant remove/ignore.
