there is a new beta version ready - build 26.2.10802.

The small change in the build is related to the Norton brand only and because it shares the common stack, the build is new for Avast too.

Incorrect scan results: targeted scan indeed finished with “Some files cannot be scanned”, while scan history says scan was stopped before finished.

Has this been released as public version 26.2 ?
I see no Avast notification of 26.2 with download links and changelog here: Avast Free Antivirus / Premium Security - Avast Community

I believe it has but on a programmed release.
I did a manual program update, it downloaded 26.2, see my details under the post.
Note I have no idea what the g signifies at the end of the program version number.
