Strange that a new beta build for 26.6 is notified as I have already got 26.2.10802g (build 26.2.10802.0) Installer version 26.2.10562.0, UI version 1.0.855.

This from a Manual Program Update check a few days ago, NON has also reported this, is this an error in the manual program update check ?

Please check the version you received - I made a mistake in the post. Correct build number is 26.3.10822.

Why no announcement yet of public released version 26.2???

Is there a problem with the 26.2 public release, which is delaying its announcement here on the forum?

Or is it a case of noone at Avast can be bothered to announce its release?

There was a typo in my post mentioning 26.6, but for some reason there is no edit function in this topic.

That would be the reason I commented was, the title started out as a new beta for avast 26.2, which is why I mentioned it.

I always have the Avast version I’m running in the details below my posts.
