New beta version – build 26.7.11077

Hello everyone,

there is a new beta version ready - build 26.7.11077.

Release notes

:sparkles: What is New

:globe_with_meridians: Web & Browsing

Website Loading Reliability: Some websites failed to load on Windows 11 because of a system network glitch that our web protection could not process. Pages now load normally when this happens.

:detective: Privacy Monitor

More Detailed Exposure Reports: Privacy Monitor scans now report a wider range of personal details found on data broker sites. Alongside emails, phone numbers, and addresses, scans now cover items such as relatives, aliases, workplace, education, and more.

Exposed Relatives Count: Scan results now keep a count of exposed relatives, so this information stays available across the app.

:package: Installation & Updates

Windows 11 Multi-Session Support: Installation was wrongly blocked on Windows 11 Enterprise Multi-Session, which was mistaken for a server system. It now installs correctly on this edition.

Restart Prompt After Upgrade: After upgrading from the older product version, a restart is sometimes needed. The app now shows a restart prompt so the upgrade can finish.

Browser Component Updates: A packaging issue left part of the built-in browser engine on an old version after updates. All browser components now update together.

:speaking_head: Languages

New Installer Languages: The installer now supports Slovenian and Serbian, and translations were refreshed across 43 languages.

:bug: What Was Fixed

:broom: Cleanup

Cleanup Scan Stuck at 88%: The free Cleanup scan could stop at 88% and never finish. Scans now run to completion.

:shield: Antivirus & Protection

Restored Background Scanning: A recent security change stopped some built-in scans from running, including checks tied to email and script activity, and it filled internal logs. Those scans work again, while sensitive actions stay protected.

Screen Reader Compatibility: The NVDA screen reader could be blocked by self-protection, breaking accessibility support. NVDA and its helper components now run without interference.

Uninstall Stability: The app could crash during removal on some systems. Removal is now stable.

:detective: Privacy & Identity

Privacy Monitor Scans Start Correctly: A wrong server address stopped Privacy Monitor scans from starting after activating a free subscription. Scans now begin as expected.

Correct Language in Privacy Control: Privacy Control did not always follow the app’s language and diagnostic settings. It now matches the rest of the app.

:waving_hand: Onboarding & Subscription

Setup Shows Only Your Features: During first-time setup, some accounts saw steps for features not included in their plan, such as Backup. Setup now shows only the features available to you.

Subscription Info Handling: Reworked how subscription and privacy details are read and applied so plan-based features show up correctly.
