I am a newbie at this so patience is requested. I had to reinstall the Avast Secure Browser and the installation path seems to have changed to C:\Users***\AppData\Local\Avast Software\Browser.
The previous path was in C:\Program Files\Avast Software\Browser. I installed it using the AVAST Browser Protection tab in Avast Premium Security. The process is completely automated so the location cannot be changed during the install process. Can anyone shed any light on this new install location ? Has this change been implemented by AVAST?

Hello KT2

it seems the browser was installed under user which is expected based on context of apps you run installation from. If you want to install it to Program Files, you can uninstall it and install it once again manually. But this time execute it under administrator (right-click on installer → Run as administrator).

Please let us know if that helped. Thanks
