I recently purchased Avast Professional for my office computer (Fall 2008). My old computer crashed and now I can’t get the license to load into the Avast software on the new computer. Any suggestions.

What errors are being displayed ?
How are you trying to enter the license (copy and paste, typeing, etc.) ?
Do you mean you’ve lost the registration key in the old computer?
Try sending an email to sales@avast.com and explain what happened

Did you obtain the key (that you are attempting to transfer) from the e-mail you were sent when you first registered avast? If not, you should follow Tech’s instructions.
I assume you already know to enter the key but in case it will help…
