This isn’t a patch on the previous website. It wasn’t perfect but it was intuitive and worked acceptably well. Using my Windows web browsers, there is now a problem with logging in.
It certainly takes some getting used to, but I haven’t had much of a problem logging in. That said I generally don’t close my browser ‘Firefox’ down that often and have several pinned tabs. The forum I have a couple so that I rarely have to logon.
Many forums have more of a social media style with lots of bells and whistles, which for a support forum seems out of place.
Only issue i had was on the first day where old password doesnt work.
had to click forgot password and put a new one in. been logged in ever since and not logged me out every week like the old forum.
