When avast goes to improve the icon of the area of tasks, to leave prettier, and to make with that the sweepings are faster when opening a program?
I don’t know, I like it as it is. And I don’t think it’s the main “problem” for ALWIL guys to solve. ;D
I too think the icon is fine it has been suggested to change the colour to a brighter blue. How pretty does/can an icon about 0.4cm (that for me is on my system tray) be?
Speed is such a subjective thing, for me loading of programs is fine and my machine is no speed demon. Things that effect loading, cpu, ram, HDD fragmentation, etc. things that are within a users control.
It would be good if the icon was prettier, a little different of that is, and the shipment is a little to devagar therefore is twirling, alone later that it finishes that the program opens, a different icon would leave the users happyest.
Define prettier? it is impossible, what is pretty for one is ugly for another.

I do need the most screen 17 inch for my browser etc. , but I really have never found avast! ‘a’ icon ugly???

I do use the skinless interface for the antivirus 
I like the icon, blue is always my favorite color.
