New one does not start because of missing language dll

Hello,
just bought one and installed it on Win 10, but it does not start apparently because of

failed to load language dll[1033\UILangRes.dll]

Because it doesn’t start I can’t reinstall anything - as recommended somewhere - very frustrating and that with Log4J.
what to do?

Can you please try to uninstall it via the Avast Uninstall Utility? https://support.avast.com/en-us/article/Uninstall-Antivirus-Utility/
