New threat detected in my pc by the new avast

Hi guys today I just updated my avast to the lastest version!
But when I did a full scan it seem that avast detected a virus but I’m not sure if it’s safe to delete or not and can someone tell me if it is a FP?

Well I disabled avast beta 2 protection to prevent it from requanranting again then I try to search the file name in my computer in drive c then I moved the file to the desktop and uploaded it to virustotal and the result is on the link below^^:

Yes I’ve submitted it but I wonder if they will be unable to solve this because I don’t know the author and the version of this file!

There is another topic with wextract.exe being detected and you don’t need to know the author (which is Microsoft, get that from file properties) for them to be able to correct it.

Though my copy in XP SP3 system32 folder isn’t detected by 091119-1 in avast 4.8.1356.

There was nothing detected by the avast 4.8 but when I try to use the new avast beta it detects some safe files as a threat!
