New to Avast and can't send emails; Mobile Secuirty/Premium installed

Hi,

Just signed up with Avast Mobile Security for my android note 3. Then proceeded to upgrade to Premium. Went thru all install scans and preferences and settings. Since my install of these two apps…my 3 emails that I have on my phone will not send out. 2 are gmail addresses and one is a business address. I still receive email but cannot send. It tells me my server password has changed. But it has not. I can do everything fine online. I haven’t changed password. When I log into my gmail online and view account…google is showing me many alerts telling me an unknown device tried to log in and they prevented the sign-in. However many times i tried to send…is how many alerts i get on google. I use the “Email” icon…not the “Gmail” icon in my phone. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Hi, this cannot be related to AMS, as we cannot block outgoing traffic without root, so the cause of your problem must be somewhere else.
