This is something I kept an eye on for quite some time.
From what I see and what our distributor told me is, that there are basically no german Avast representives that take care of partners like us.
The education programm is dead and compared to other vendors, Avast seems the have zero interest in taking care of his partners.
What kind of experince have you guys?
Just to make that clear: I really appreciate that Avast is taking care of partners when it comes to the development of the porduct. They do pretty much things and ask for feedback. Therefor I was able to have quite some web sessions shareing opinion with the product dev team…
Yet the lack of classical partner caretaking has some kind of “bad aftertaste”.

I was talking to our german distribution and they clarified the things and put into a diffrent perspective.
Furthermore German rep. got in touch with me.
