no confirmation email

Hello!
I want to ask for a refund for a subscription which I have purchased twice accidentally. I am asked for the order ID of the subscription, which is supposed to be in the confirmation email. But I did not receive any confirmation email. I found not way to contact support without an order ID. What I am supposed to do?

If you don’t have an order # use 00000000 then explain your problem.

My search for the answer to the same question has led me to this forum. Avast buttons have been leading me in circles and I still don’t have my Confirmation email and Order ID. I would like to unsubscribe within the 30-day period from purchase, but it seems that Avast wants to ensure that we exceed the 30 days. Where do I find ny Order ID?
