No login achieved to the Avast One app using iPhone/iPad. Error returned with ‘ooops something went wrong’ is 2016
Can log in to the online web account using iOS and on a Windows 11 PC. Cannot add the email address of the account to the Email Gaurdian nor receive reports by email to use of the Hack Checker
No real help from Chat bot, escalated the Senior Team who suggested various approaches (e.g. use mobile data connection not WiFi, alternative DNS settings but no solution achieved yet.
Any ideas gradually received!
I am having the same issue in Android 16. I also ended up uninstalling, restarting the phone and doing a fresh install like around 5 times but it still won’t allow me to login to the app alone . I always get the below error message.
