No puedo activar la licencia

Como estan, necesito ayuda para activar mi Avast 5, recibi la licencia al mail, click derecho icono avast, informacion sobre registro, pego la clave y me sale un mensaje> no se encuentra archivo, q sucede_ gracias

In order to get it, please follow these 3 easy steps:

  1. open your existing license file in Notepad
  2. go to http://www.avast.com/resend-license.php, fill in the email address you used for purchase, the avast license key which you can find in the license file you opened in step 1, and the verification code
  3. hit the “Resend license” button.

In a few moments, you should receive a new license file (called license.avastlic) which you can simply insert to avast v5 (e.g. by double-clicking the file, if avast 5 is already installed on that machine).

Para activar tu avast! 5 no necesitas pedir ninguna licencia en linea. Solo abre tu avast! y ve al area de mantenimiento, y luego registrate donde dice Registrar o Registro. Eso es todo, como dije no tienes que pedir licencia como en la version 4.8.

Como te mencionó Llanziel, el metodo de registro de avast! 5 es un poco diferente a la versión 4.8, aunque si ya tienes tu número de Licencia puedes ingresarlo usando el botón que se encuentra debajo que dice “Introducir Clave de licencia para usuarios sin internet” :wink:

Te pide un archivo porque seguramente diste clic en el botón que dice:
Introduce Archivo de Licencia para avast! pro/Internet security

Si tienes avast! free puedes seguir las instrucciones de Llanziel

o puedes introducir el codigo de licencia para usuarios sin internet ;D

Comentanos si ya registraste tu antivirus o si tienes más dudas

I try to do everything you said, but still I can not get the license file and the version of my avast expire in 11 days. that is what I can do? :S

I didn’t bought the avast, I registered as a free user, could be that?
