Hello, a week has passed and I still didn’t get back my money after my subscription was canceled ONE WEEK AGO. There was money taken from my bank for the subscription that I paid for but can’t use. The order doesn’t appear in my account as well.
Can anyone help me with this? I’ve looked everywhere for an answer…

For the second time i’m trying to mail (the first being at the end of January, to which there was no response), I am attempting to retrieve my funds! On January 11, 2025, you unexpectedly charged €93.99 to my PayPal account without our consent.
We attempted to extend our Avast Antivirus subscription for another year; however, the activation codes were invalid, and our account indicated that the subscription was no longer active. Despite this, you processed the payment. The account only shows payment for the previous year, yet now a charge of €93.99 has been made by you (while the first year was €35.88).
We did not authorize this payment from our PayPal account and have not had access to or used the new subscription. Therefore, we demand a full refund of this amount to our PayPal account.
If we do not receive a response within two weeks, we will take further action. We hope this will not be necessary.
Hello, so 8 BUSINESS days have already passed from the purchase and I still haven’t gotten a response from AVAST on email and I also haven’t gotten a refund. What should I do now? When I bought the subscription, a few minutes later it got canceled and about the order not showing on my account, maybe something went wrong on their servers a bug or something and that’s why the order wasn’t shown in my account.
Please, I would really appreciate any kind of help

If this was a trial subscription (and likely the first question), you would also have to cancel the payment mandate otherwise at the end of the trial period payment would be cleared.
EDIT: As an Avast User I’m limited to what I can do, I have tried to raise this issue in another area of the Community Forum.
I just bought it. Something appeared on the AVG app on my device and then I got an email saying it was canceled, in which the order id number was placed as well. The only two proofs I have is the message with the transaction with the bank+ the email.
Have requested refund since Nov 2025, two products/two tickets. I was assured that i am entitled to the refund and agreed to the amounts, the tickets got to a point that it had to be escalated for some reason, to be processed by higher rank managers. In 15th of January i received an email that informed me of my refund been sent (offline transfer) to my bank (in Greece) and might take 4 to 6 weeks. The weeks have passed and i just wanted to ask more details because my bank cant see any incoming remittance yet. I opened a ticket and got the reply that my refund cant be processed, i try to communicate with them via tickets, since i cant call in the given number, but i get the same reply. As if they dont even read the ticket and what i am writing in. What else can i do?
