No reply to ticket.

I created a ticket one week ago regarding a refund. After a couple of days I received no reply and I sent off an email instead. After a brief conversation I was informed that they can’t deal with refunds over email so I would need to submit yet another ticket. I did so and have yet to receive any sort of reply from the Avast Support Team. My ticket IDs are: KQC-437-40572 and WUQ-748-28695

Any assistance would be helpful

Refund can take 10 business days (2 weeks).

That’s fair enough but some acknowledgement that the ticket has been received and looked at would at least let me know what’s happening.

You will have gotten a confirmation email.
Perhaps you missed it or it was removed by your spam filter or something like that.

It’s been 2 weeks since I submitted my ticket now and I still haven’t received any reply, the ticket is also still unassigned. How long am I going to have to wait before somebody actually responds to the ticket and informs me whether I’ll be getting a refund or not?

if you add some new note to the ticket then the ticket is moved to the end of the queue.

There has been nothing added to the ticket in 10 days and it was created 15 days ago. Surely knocking it to the end of the queue just serves to irritate customers even more who are already frustrated at getting no reply after waiting days.

Still no reply to my ticket, it’s been over 2 weeks since anything was even added to it. Does customer service actually exist here?

Update, the more recent ticket has been deleted. Slight progress, still no reply,
