I created a ticket one week ago regarding a refund. After a couple of days I received no reply and I sent off an email instead. After a brief conversation I was informed that they can’t deal with refunds over email so I would need to submit yet another ticket. I did so and have yet to receive any sort of reply from the Avast Support Team. My ticket IDs are: KQC-437-40572 and WUQ-748-28695
It’s been 2 weeks since I submitted my ticket now and I still haven’t received any reply, the ticket is also still unassigned. How long am I going to have to wait before somebody actually responds to the ticket and informs me whether I’ll be getting a refund or not?
There has been nothing added to the ticket in 10 days and it was created 15 days ago. Surely knocking it to the end of the queue just serves to irritate customers even more who are already frustrated at getting no reply after waiting days.
