no reply to tickets

Hi i paid for avast anti virus and gave the wrong email address so i assumed thats why it doesnt work as it said that the licence key was inserted correctly even though i gave the wrong email address. Ive submitted 4 tickets including asking for a refund and i havnt got a reply to one ticket. Does any one have some advise please. TIA.

There is your problem. Each time you create a new ticket or change a existing one, you will get back at the bottom of the stack making it last longer before you get a reply. It is a FIFO system which has been explained many times on this webboard already. Please use the search option before posting.

Thanks Eddie. I was instructed by avast by phone to submit new tickets. Ive just started replying with the same ticket no and still am not getting an answer.

Don’t create new tickets and don’t change a existing ticket.
