Just to be sure, by "Shield reports" you mean "Shield log" section in Reports tab, right?

Email me the AvastNet.log from the client and also the last created Avast.Sbc.Service.log from the machine where SOA console is installed

There are no files Avast*.log on my domain workstations. Perhas it is reason of empty "Shield log" section.
What I can to do to fix it ?

I found reason of empty "Shield log" section.
It is enabled setting "Silent/Gaming mode".
A lot of my users require "let antivirus stop annoying me", but I'm surprised that "Silent/Gaming mode" is blocking access to the admin's console.
So, WHAT I CAN TO DO ? :)
