No reports in management console

Hello, world ! :wink:

Every day I see the reports in my Management Console, in “Scan reports”,
but “Shield reports” is forever empty.

I can see that shields on all computers works, and removes viruses.

Why I do not see reports of shields ?
How do I fix this?

I use “Small Office Administration” version 1.2.2.28 , but previous version shows the same issue

Download the EICAR test virus and check if the report will be created.

I was trying to reproduce your issue, but to no avail.

Just to be sure, by “Shield reports” you mean “Shield log” section in Reports tab, right?

If so, could you please do the following?

  1. Enable debug logging on the client machine (in the console go to Group settings → Maintenance → check Enable debug logging)
  2. Reboot the client
  3. On the client computer try to download Eicar test file from http://eicar.org/download/eicar.com (WebShield will stop this action)
  4. Email me the AvastNet.log from the client and also the last created Avast.Sbc.Service.log from the machine where SOA console is installed

[b]Upd[/b] There are no files Avast*.log on my domain workstations. Perhas it is reason of empty "Shield log" section. What I can to do to fix it ? [b]Upd2[/b] I found reason of empty "Shield log" section. It is enabled setting "Silent/Gaming mode". A lot of my users require "let antivirus stop annoying me", but I'm surprised that "Silent/Gaming mode" is blocking access to the admin's console. So, WHAT I CAN TO DO ? :)
