Nonprofit Licensing - Contact info anyone?

I have been trying to get in touch with ANYONE who can give me a quote for nonprofit licensing for month now.
I have called in REPEATEDLY, and have been told each time that someone will call me back (which does not happen).

I have also repeatedly filled out contact forms (which I again tried this morning, but apparently at the moment your contact forms are broken “Failed to submit, please try again later”

As an IT provider, we have been recommending Avast products for about 10 years now. I even tried to sign up as an affiliate or partner (and that form isn’t working - won’t submit, and erasing everything you just spend minutes typing each time you try to submit; And YES, I did have the “accept terms” radio boxes checked.

At this point I am a rather ANGRY customer, especially for one who has been recommending your products for some time now.

Can someone please send me direct contact info for a reseller that can quote nonprofit licensing (not education) in the United States?

I even tried looking via your website (and it says there are NO RESELLERS in the United States - which I know is non true.

I am about to start recommending our customers use another antivirus provider…

Please help.

If you mean with contact forms, the ticket system.
That is FIFO based.
Each time you submit a new ticket or change a existing one you will be put back to the bottom of the stack.

The affiliate and partner sign-up is working without any problem for me and others.

EDU licenses are free, that means if the website says there are no resellers for it, it is correct.
I can be wrong, but as far as I recall all EDU licenses go through avast HQ
