Hi Guys,last few days ,my CPU has been running high,found the problem to be the above update in windows 10 anniversary update constantly flashing and not updating.
Dont think its Avast causing it as I disable and the problem persists.
Any thoughts or anybody else having problems ?

Update getting stuck isn’t unusual. I’ve used this more than once. 
Thanks bob,looking on the web a few others having same issue,closed the services that was causing the high CPU and rebooted and now looks to be downloading others as well,will leave laptop on for a few hours
