this doesn’t seem to be correct, so I went ahead and uninstalled it for the time being.
This is the situation when there is no standard versioning applied from most of the manufacturers, hence if you look at the date of issue it should show that it is more recent as in this case.
From your screen shot I can see that although the version is not logically more recent, the date of issue is so the driver being proposed here is an updated one.
