Not Receiving Verification Email

I am trying to change the primary email account on my Avast account. The primary account no longer exists. When I add the new email, it claims to send a verification email. It doesn’t show up. I hit the “Send New Email” button and that does not show up.

Unfortunately, that is the exact process that I went through, but the verification email never arrives at my new email address, neither in the Inbox nor in the Spam folder. Even when I hit the button to send another email it never arrives.

Have you got an anti-spam program on your system or does your ISP/Email provider have an anti-spam ?
If so check your spam folder, just in case it has be directed their.

Only anti-spam is Avast. Yes, email has anti-spam and already checked there.
