What is the difference between Firefox and Nightly Firefox? I have both but they look the same to me. I noticed that another member has Nightly so maybe he/she will reply after reading this.
If this thread/post is too far off topic please delete.

Nightly versions are early “alpha” and (probably) not fully stable ones.
If you want to test things, if you want to preview technology and features, well, you can go for them.
If you want a stable browser or you’re in a working (production) machine, then keep away from it.
Thank you for your reply. Goodbye Nightly.
Nightly builds feature the absolute latest changes, and are considered unstable. They are the most buggy, and will result in a higher crash count than stable Firefox Releases. They are to be used for seeking bugs, and then submitting them to Mozilla developers, so that the Beta and Release channels do not suffer from such bugs.
Edit: Oops you beat me Tech
After I uninstalled Nightly I still had Firefox but when I checked “Browser Protection” it didn’t show Firefox so I had to uninstall it, then re-install, then checked “Browser Protection” again and it showed Firefox.
I have another question…sometimes when I click on “read posts since your last visit” a white screen pops up and shows bad gateway. Does that mean their is something wrong with my computer? I’ve never seen that on any other websites.
No, it’s a problem with the forum itself, when you see that.
Thank you.
You’re welcome.
Nightly fx is the test version for developers and firefox bug testers,

Same with FF Aurora? Haven’t downloaded it.
