Be patient, it might take a few days.
PS: Don’t submit multiple tickets…!!
As Mentioned - Submitting multiple tickets can actually slow the process as the tickets are dealt with in a first in first out basis. So for now don’t update or submit further tickets - refunds can take some time to be handled depending on your payment method.
If you can give some more information here such as:
When you created your first support ticket and the support ticket ID number.
