not showing incompatible message

I run AVG + AVAST (and I understand that only avg is running online)
How can I suppress the incompatible message on startup ?

Running two av’s on one system mostly lead to conflicts. Which in the worse case (and they happen a lot) causes both to mailfunction. I suggest you remove one of them.

AVG 6 (free) could run with avast in Windows 98. But never in XP.
AVG 7 (not free) could run with avast in Windows 98 and XP. I tried without success some time ago. A friend of mine could do it :-\

I know that… But on my risk…

I don’t want the pop-up message.
Is there any option for that?

(isn’t the message says that only one is resident (AVG) so no conflicts ?)

I think there is not a way to round that message. It’s not an option but it’s a severe risk message. I don’t see any advantage on doing such installation. Better backup scanners could be installed without conflict: BitDefender (Free), AntiVir, for instance. 8)
