The some files name might help.
Have you checked your system date especially the month and year, correct if required.
DLL C:\Program Files\Avast4\setup\setiface.dll
Error Codes Ver: 4.7.827
SI: 0x00000002
ST: 0xFFFFFFFF
LE: 0x00000000
Well the SI: 0x00000002 would appear to be a windows file system error code 2 = The system cannot find the file specified.
Try a repair of avast. Add Remove programs, select ‘avast! Anti-Virus,’ click the Change/Remove button and scroll down to Repair, click next and follow. You need to be on-line to do this.
If you are still getting setiface error, try Windows Start button, Run and type:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe “C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\Setup\setiface.dll”,RunSetup
