nsvwvj.exe, reader_sl.exe, iglvojE.exe

Hi,
I’m trying to fix a problem with my mum’s computer. It’s a company laptop and she has some sort of virus that I’m not finding any hits for on Google. Can anyone here help? Basically, UAC keeps popping up and asking for permission to run the 3 .exe files listed above. Obviously I’ve declined, as they’re all from an unknown publisher, but they won’t let you do anything through normal Windows menus (task bar, start menu etc). I was able to navigate to the directory of nsvwvj.exe by running a new explorer.exe task in Task Manager (that was the only way I could open Explorer). I couldn’t see any files at all in that directory, so couldn’t delete it. The process “nsvwvj” was using 98-99% CPU so I’ve ended it. The other two don’t appear under any recognisable name so I couldn’t end them.
reader_sl.exe is apparently the Adobe Reader Startup launcher, but the publisher isn’t Adobe, it’s just Unknown. Makes me suspicious of running it since it’s popped up at the same time as the other two.
iglvojE seems to be the most worrying one (I may be wrong, I’m not the most techie person in the world). My dad inserted a USB drive with a program called CCleaner on it (I believe it’s a registry and hard disk cleaner - he’s used it before, seems safe) to try and fix the problem, but iglvojE.exe seems to have hidden all his other folders, created bogus shortcuts to them and copied itself from my mum’s laptop to the USB stick.
Any help on this would be appreciated. I can provide screenshots if it’s helpful, and with guidance I can give more information if you need it. Just want to try and avoid wiping the whole laptop. Thanks =)

And I forgot to mention that I can no longer use Task Manager :-
Since iglvojE.exe popped up, Task Manager won’t stay open for longer than 2 seconds before it says “Task Manager has stopped working” and it closes.

If it is a company laptop, then take it to the company’s IT staff to repair…

Company is making money using that laptop, then they should pay for repair.

It’s from her old job. She’s got a new laptop now, but all of her files and programs are on the old laptop, so I would like to be able to restore it to working order. I’ve already backed up as much as possible.
