My automatic dialler in Windows XP professional keeps telling me that a program needs to access nw.ownerz.net. I think this is probably so that a virus or worm can get in or possibly some kind of backdoor. Any ideas how to prevent this, or which program is requesting access? Thanks

Thanks for the tips…Nothing seems to spot this one including fully updated versions of Adaware, spybot and Avast! I have done a really extensive search on the web for help on this but can only find one site that mentions it and it is in Japanese! I will try the other option you mentioned though.
