How do I get the menu bar on Firefox? Up until today I had it.
I’m not entirely sure what you mean by Menu Bar, it isn’t really a Bar as such but three horizontal lines. This is usually on the right of Address Bar and any Add-ons you have enabled and set to be displayed there. However if you have made any changed to the layout, I have but it is where I recall it in the past.

Do you mean the text bar at the top? Right click a blank area at the top of Firefox and click Menu Bar.
