on free trial, refusing to let me cancel my auto-renewal due 26th Feb 2019

I took out a free trial on 2 avast items.

Both are due renew on 26th Feb 2019.

I have tried to cancel them both via the ‘my account’ facility - it has refused to let me do so, saying “We’re sorry, we couldn’t cancel your Auto-renewal subscription.”

I’m less than impressed.

Kindly confirm that my auto-renewal has been canceled and that I will not be charged on 26th Feb 2019.

I guess you used the 60day trail?, belive there is a 30day trail that dont ask for credit card info?

Anyway i would never use a trail that ask for credit card info

did you have to put your credit/debit card details in and did you use paypal.
if so try canceling in paypal.
if not then best wait for a mod to advise.

I’m sorry for the delay in responding to you. I can confirm that both of the trials were cancelled on Feb/10/2019 and you will not be charged for the full subscriptions.
