On start scan HELP!!

I schedule on start up scan but it give KEYBOARD ERROR and it scan nothing!
What should I do ! pls help me!

Are you using a usb keyboard? If you are, you will have to ensure it is enabled in the bios.

I’m assuming you are using a USB keyboard. What is the keyboard error ?

If you have an old/spare PS2 (or can borrow one) connect that and reboot, then schedule a bot-time scan.

As oldman said you need to enable usb devices in the BIOS (keep pecking at the delete key during boot to enter the BIOS settings) so they are available at boot, the problem is you may not be able to change any settings in the BIOS as it too may not detect the keyboard.
