Hello I have an open billing ticket trying to get a refund, but no one has responded. I tried calling avast and they said to fill out a ticket online, but no one is responding. Not sure who to reach out to.
Your ticket will go into the queue and should be dealt with in 7 to 10 days.

That is the only ticket I have opened.

wait! We replied in this ticket on 15th and 23th. However from okcomputer606 replies it seems that our replies never reached him. Anyway - refund was issued today morning.
